Metis win tender for Public Realm Transformation in Ilford Town Centre

We are delighted to announce that the London Borough of Redbridge have appointed Metis to help deliver Phase 2 of the Ilford Town Centre Transformation. Metis will work with Redbridge through all stages of the project from concept to construction to help them deliver the overall Vision for Ilford. This will ensure the town centre is transformed into a vibrant and attractive destination with improved opportunities for residents and businesses.

Metis will initially undertake a thorough design review of the current plans for Phase 2 to ensure the scheme delivers maximum value for money for Redbridge and aligns with the Overall Vision for Ilford. Our public realm design team look forward to presenting ideas that will truly regenerate the town centre for years to come.

Metis will also help Redbridge deliver a stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure the general public and businesses are fully involved in the transformation of their town centre and disruption of the day to day life on the High Road is minimised.  During the construction phase of the scheme Metis will be there on-site to supervise developments and ensure the scheme runs smoothly.
