We are proud to announce that we have a gender balanced workforce!
We are proud to announce that Metis now officially have a gender balanced workforce with 50% of the workforce consisting of women ranging across all roles within the business.
With statistics from the Women’s Engineering Society finding that just 12.37% of engineers in the UK are women and only 11% of the engineering workforce is female, Metis are leading the way in the profession demonstrating inclusion and diversity in our workforce.
We look forward to welcoming many more women to the team!
