We were delighted to be invited to the official opening of Harrow Council’s flood alleviation scheme in Headstone Manor Recreation Ground. Having been involved in the project since 2017 it is brilliant to see this film about the Headstone Manor Parks for People Project. The park has been rejuvenated with reed beds to cleanse the water and provide wildlife habitat, hundreds of new trees, and new footpaths all creating a beautiful natural space.
A great opportunity to see the outcome of our flood risk modelling, appraisal, funding and designing work alongside the many environmental and educational benefits already evident from the scheme.
