Leading Safety Training

This week the newer team members of Metis and a few clients from different boroughs underwent health and safety training by (IOSH) a chartered health and safety membership organisation.

The team went through the ‘Leading Safety’ course which focuses on strategic health and safety learning integrated into business management and performance management systems.

The course was chosen for our team so that they not only understand health and safety at work but also become active participants in shaping the health and safety practices in the organisation.
