Metis Donates to Four Charities: Each Supporting Key Causes

In 2021, we pledged to donate at least 1% of our annual profits to charities whose causes align with our core values of nurturing lasting environmental and social improvements. This year, we are delighted to support the following charities.

Rainforest Trust UK: For the second year in a row, we’re supporting Rainforest Trust UK in its efforts to preserve the world’s largest tropical rainforest, the Brazilian Amazon. This work is crucial for protecting biodiversity and indigenous communities.

Re-Cycle: Our second year of support, Re-Cycle focuses on enhancing lives through bicycle reuse. They specialise in collecting used bicycles from the UK to promote access to income, education, well-being, and sustainable livelihoods across Africa. Our support directly enables them to collect, refurbish, and distribute bicycles to communities in need.

Ealing Wildlife Group: New this year, Ealing Wildlife Group promotes local biodiversity through educational and conservation initiatives within the Ealing community. Our donation will support their ongoing conservation, community engagement, and collaborative projects.

Trees for Cities: Also, new this year, Trees for Cities is committed to enhancing urban environments and improving lives through Urban Forest projects. Our donation will help fund the planting of more urban trees, supporting their mission to create greener, happier, and healthier towns and cities.
