Welcoming the newest addition to our team

We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Lizzy.

Lizzy worked in the Environment Agency’s Hydrometry and Telemetry team for nearly 2 years, gaining experience in data quality assessment and database management. She enjoyed driving her EA van around South London catchments, gaining technical skills with hydrometric instruments and telemetry systems.

Lizzy studied an Environmental Policy and Management MSc at university, which spurred an interest in environmental consultancy. At Metis, she hopes to kick start her career in consulting through her new role as a Graduate Flood Risk Management Consultant in the LLFA team. Lizzy has a passion for sustainability and hopes that she can help clients to reduce their emissions and develop climate-resilient strategies for the future.

Outside of work, Lizzy likes to garden, get creative, and go to the pub with friends.
